Any brand. The manufacturers shown on the website are the most frequently requested — but if a part exists from a European or US manufacturer, we can source it. Send us the brand name, part number and quantity. We confirm availability and provide a DDP price within 48–72 hours. There is no obligation until you confirm the quote.
We do not hold stock. We source to order. When you send a parts list, we contact the relevant manufacturers or authorised distributors in Europe, get pricing and lead times, and present you with a single consolidated DDP quote. On confirmation, we procure, consolidate at our Spain hub, and ship to your location. This means we are not limited to what is on a shelf — the entire European manufacturing base is accessible.
For urgent situations, contact us via WhatsApp immediately — we provide sourcing status and availability within 4 business hours. For in-stock parts at European suppliers, airfreight delivery within 5 to 10 business days of order confirmation is typical depending on origin and destination. Single-line urgent orders are accepted with no minimum order requirement.
Every order includes commercial invoice in USD, packing list, and EU customs export documentation confirming European origin. CE declarations of conformity are included for all EU-manufactured components. Technical datasheets, factory test certificates, and ATEX/IECEx certificates are included where applicable or available from the manufacturer. If you need specific documentation for a project or regulatory requirement, tell us at enquiry stage and we confirm what is available before you order.
Enquiring and receiving a quote is completely free and non-binding. For first-time orders, 100 percent payment on order confirmation is required. For established clients, 50 percent advance with balance on shipment notification. All invoices are in USD from our Dubai FZCO entity. Payment is only required once you confirm your quote — there is no obligation at the enquiry stage.
Worldwide. We ship DDP to the GCC, East and West Africa, South and Southeast Asia, the Americas, and within Europe. Dubai's logistics infrastructure provides competitive freight rates and fast connections to most destinations. If you are in an unusual location, send us your enquiry with the delivery address and we will confirm freight options and costs in the quote.
