ProMinent metering pumps dose the chemicals that keep a water treatment plant running. Meliora sources genuine ProMinent spare parts kits, diaphragms, valves and liquid ends by order number or by the identity code on the pump nameplate.

In short: A ProMinent spare parts kit is specific to the pump type, the size of the liquid end and its material. The quickest way to order is the 7-digit order number of the kit. If you do not have it, the identity code on the pump nameplate tells us which kit fits.
ProMinent sells the wearing parts of a liquid end together as one kit, so that a service can be done with a single order line. The contents depend on the pump series and the material.
| Pump series | Kit contents as listed by ProMinent |
|---|---|
| gamma/ XL (solenoid-driven) | 1 metering diaphragm, 1 suction valve assembly, 1 discharge valve assembly and 1 connector kit. Stainless steel versions are supplied with valve balls, seats and seals in place of complete valves. |
| Sigma/ 1 (motor-driven), PVT version | 1 multi-layer safety diaphragm, 2 valve assemblies, 2 valve balls, 2 ball seats, 4 composite seals and 1 elastomer sealing set (EPDM and FKM-B) |
| Sigma/ 1 (motor-driven), SST version | 1 multi-layer safety diaphragm, 2 valve balls, 4 complete sealing sets and 4 composite seals |

A kit is described by the liquid end it fits and the material. On a Sigma/ 1, for example, the liquid ends are FM 50, FM 65 and FM 120, and each has a different kit for each material. The examples below are from ProMinent’s Sigma/ 1 listing.
| Liquid end | Material | Order number |
|---|---|---|
| FM 50 – DN 10 | PVT | 1035964 |
| FM 50 – DN 10 | SST | 1035966 |
| FM 65 – DN 10 | PVT | 1035967 |
| FM 65 – DN 10 | SST | 1035969 |
| FM 120 – DN 15 | PVT | 1035961 |
| FM 120 – DN 15 | SST | 1035963 |
The material codes describe the wetted parts. PVT is a PVDF liquid end with PTFE seals. SST is stainless steel with PTFE seals. NP is acrylic, and TTT is PTFE with carbon. The right material is the one already on the pump, because it was chosen for the chemical being dosed. Fitting a kit in a different material is a chemical compatibility decision and should go back to ProMinent.
Every ProMinent pump carries an identity code on its nameplate. It is a string of letters and digits that records the pump series, the capacity and pressure type, the liquid end material, the seal material, the valve type and the electrical version. With the identity code and the serial number, ProMinent can confirm the correct kit, diaphragm or complete liquid end for that pump.
Send a photo of the nameplate. Older pumps matter here: ProMinent changed the Sigma diaphragm design in 2009 and still lists the earlier metering diaphragm separately from the current multi-layer safety diaphragm, so the build date decides which part fits.
A reverse osmosis plant doses several chemicals, each with its own pump and usually a standby:
A dosing pump is a small item, but several of these duties protect the membranes. A plant that loses bisulphite or antiscalant dosing has to act quickly, which is why kits for the duty and standby pumps are worth holding on site.
We also supply Lutz-Jesco MAGDOS dosing pump parts.

It depends on the pump. For the gamma/ XL, ProMinent lists 1 metering diaphragm, 1 suction valve assembly, 1 discharge valve assembly and 1 connector kit. For the Sigma/ 1 in PVT, the kit has 1 multi-layer safety diaphragm, 2 valve assemblies, 2 valve balls, 2 ball seats, 4 composite seals and 1 elastomer sealing set.
Use the 7-digit order number if you have it. Otherwise read the identity code and serial number from the pump nameplate. The identity code records the series, size and liquid end material, which together determine the kit.
In ProMinent's listing for the Sigma/ 1 motor-driven metering pump, order number 1035967 is the spare parts kit for the FM 65, DN 10 liquid end in PVT material.
They are liquid end material codes. PVT is a PVDF liquid end with PTFE seals and SST is stainless steel with PTFE seals. The material is chosen for the chemical being dosed, so a replacement kit should match the material on the pump.
Yes. We quote spare parts kits, individual diaphragms and valves, complete liquid ends and complete pumps.
