The Sulzer AHLSTAR is one of the most widely installed end-suction process pump families in the world — running chemical plants, refineries, pulp and paper mills, fertiliser plants and water utilities across the GCC, Africa and Asia. Impellers, wear plates, mechanical seals, complete shaft units and bearing assemblies for AHLSTAR A, N, W and E ranges — sourced through established Sulzer channels, DDP from Dubai and Spain. 48-hour quotes; 4-hour response on pump-down emergencies.

The AHLSTAR range is Sulzer’s workhorse: a single-stage end-suction process pump family engineered for demanding industrial liquids and produced in an exceptionally wide set of configurations. The A range covers standard process duties; the N range handles liquids containing gas and non-clogging services; the W range is built for wear-intensive slurries and abrasive media; and the E range serves specific engineered duties. Across the GCC’s chemical, fertiliser and utility sectors — and in African mining and process plants — AHLSTAR pumps run continuously, and their maintenance demand is equally continuous.
AHLSTAR spares are configuration-specific: impeller trims, materials, seal arrangements and bearing units vary within each size. Meliora sources AHLSTAR parts through established Sulzer supply channels, verifies each part against your pump’s serial number, and ships DDP with one all-inclusive price.
The AHLSTAR nameplate carries a type designation (for example A22-80 or NPP series coding) and a serial number. The type code identifies the hydraulic size; the serial number identifies your pump’s exact build — impeller trim, material class and seal arrangement. Send both, plus part numbers from the sectional drawing or a description of the failed components, and we confirm the correct parts before quoting. Guessing from the type code alone is how plants end up with the right impeller in the wrong trim.
For a bearing or shaft failure, a complete shaft unit — shaft, bearings, bearing housing assembled and ready to fit — restores the pump in a fraction of the time of component-level rebuild. The removed unit is then overhauled as the spare. For critical unspared pumps, holding an assembled shaft unit in stores is the cheapest downtime insurance available. We quote both paths.
We ship DDP from our Dubai FZCO entity and EU sourcing hub in Almería, Spain — GCC, North and Sub-Saharan Africa, Central Asia, South Asia and worldwide. Airfreight for pump-down urgency; sea freight for planned overhaul scopes.

The type code identifies the hydraulic size, but AHLSTAR pumps are configured to order — impeller trim, material class, seal arrangement and bearing unit vary within the same type. The serial number ties parts to your pump's exact build, preventing right-model-wrong-configuration errors.
Yes. A complete assembled shaft unit — shaft, bearings and housing ready to fit — is the fastest route back to service after a bearing or shaft failure, and the removed unit becomes your overhauled spare. We quote shaft units alongside component-level parts so you can compare cost against downtime.
Yes. The W range's wear plates, side plates and abrasion-resistant impellers are among the most frequently renewed AHLSTAR parts, and we quote them in the correct material grades for slurry and abrasive duties in mining and process plants.
Standard RFQs receive a DDP quote within 48 hours; pump-down emergencies via WhatsApp receive a response within 4 business hours. In-stock components deliver by airfreight typically within 5 to 10 business days DDP; configured and cast parts carry factory lead times we confirm in writing before you commit.
